“Twenty Years of Heritage, Pursuing Dreams—Riding the East Wind to Soar High,” On December 9, 2016, Dalian Sefinde celebrated its twentieth anniversary with a grand ceremony held on the company’s premises. Group executives, the president and chairman of Japan’s Sefinde Corporation, former board members who dedicated themselves to Dalian Sefinde, as well as long-serving employees who have retired with pride from the company, were invited to attend the celebration.

Accompanied by the general manager, attendees toured Dalian Sufinde’s thoughtfully curated historical corridor, a mosaic of two decades of memories—every photograph and every smiling face bearing witness to the company’s unwavering determination to achieve global success and its steadfast belief in creating lasting excellence. In front of all employees, representatives from both the Chinese and Japanese shareholders jointly unveiled the commemorative monument. Time flew by in a joyous blur as night quietly descended. Amidst the eager anticipation of every Sufinde team member, the grand celebration marking the company’s twentieth anniversary officially began. Employees watched together a video chronicling Dalian Sufinde’s journey over the past twenty years; the stirring footage left everyone fired up, ready to forge an even brighter future for the company. With staff in attendance, leaders from both China and Japan cut the birthday cake, and as the familiar tune of “Happy Birthday” filled the air, Sufinde colleagues reveled in the warmth of the moment. The evening was brimming with fun: beer‑drinking contests, musical chairs, and other lively games enlivened the program. Every performance was conceived and staged by Sufinde employees themselves, enthusiastically engaging the workforce. There were heartfelt duets between men and women, songs that celebrated Sufinde’s spirit of resilience in the face of adversity, high‑energy pop and dance numbers that captured the nation’s zeitgeist, and even side‑splitting sitcoms that had the entire audience in stitches. Finally, the eagerly awaited prize‑draw segment brought the entire celebration to a thrilling climax.

In 2016, Dalian Sinfine launched a bold market offensive with new air‑handling solutions, innovative systems, and cutting‑edge approaches, adopting a fresh, forward‑looking stance. Upholding the operating philosophy of “stable growth, strong profitability, and robust cash flow,” the company intensified accounts‑receivable collection, pursued cost‑reduction initiatives, tightly managed payables, and improved its cash position. In the air‑purification business, through pilot‑project trials and other sales strategies, it achieved a breakthrough by generating its first-ever revenue from ultra‑precision air‑conditioning products, successfully expanding into the ultra‑precision machining equipment and semiconductor manufacturing equipment sectors. The company filed 18 patent applications, laying a solid foundation for future growth, and entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Dalian University of Technology for the development of cooling‑tower technologies.

Over the past twenty years, we have persevered through thick and thin, growing from tentative beginnings to standing tall and proud. We have also provided services to iconic Chinese landmarks, from the former Chairman Mao Memorial Hall and the Great Hall of the People to today’s China Pavilion at the Shanghai World Expo and the West Lake Hotel.
