“I am a soldier, coming from the common people…” As the 92nd Army Day approaches, the retired military personnel of Dalian Spindel Environmental Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Spindel) remain true to their mission of “serving the people.” This sweltering summer, they spontaneously organized a campaign to bring relief and refreshment to frontline employees. Their gesture deeply inspired every staff member present. Though the heat is merciless, human kindness endures; spurred on by their example, employees have shown renewed enthusiasm, dedicating themselves wholeheartedly to production and striving to achieve the company’s third-quarter output targets. To express gratitude for the selfless dedication of these veterans, the Spindel Trade Union convened a symposium in Conference Room No. 3. At the meeting, Trade Union Chairman Shi Chuanjie highly commended their actions, acknowledged their consistent performance at work, and, on behalf of the Spindel Trade Union, presented each veteran with a special small gift. He encouraged them to continue upholding the spirit of resilience and perseverance characteristic of military service, to take the lead in their roles, and to work diligently—for themselves, their families, and the company—thus realizing their full potential.
