Dalian Spindel Second-Quarter Production Innovation Recognition Ceremony

On July 10, 2019, Dalian Spind Environmental Equipment Co., Ltd. held its second-quarter production‑innovation awards ceremony at the training center on the third floor of the office building. Attendees included General Manager Zhou Huadong, Deputy General Manager Hanai Daisuke, Production Division Head Chen Gang, Marketing Division Head Gao Jingpu, all employees of the Production Management Department, and staff from the Planning and Dispatch Department. During the second quarter, a total of 42 production‑innovation initiatives were implemented, spanning three major categories: safety, cost‑saving, and quality improvement. Specifically, there were 14 safety innovations, 25 cost‑saving measures, and 3 quality‑related improvements, collectively resulting in a reduction of hazard‑level classifications by 16 grades and cost savings totaling RMB 36,000. Compared with the same period last year, the number of innovation projects increased by 200%, demonstrating that production‑innovation efforts have truly taken root across the organization. At the event, representatives from 13 outstanding innovation proposals shared their experiences. This exchange fostered mutual learning and broadened perspectives, enabling employees not only to address similar challenges in their own roles but also to explore new avenues for improvement. General Manager Zhou, Deputy General Manager Hanai, and Division Head Gao Jingpu presented awards to the authors of cost‑saving, quality, and safety innovation proposals, commending the entire workforce for their proactive engagement in production‑innovation activities.
