This is a different kind of journey—not about admiring the scenery, but about walking with me along the paths I take every day; showing you the post I hold steadfastly; and helping you discover the person I am beyond my daily life. I also want to thank you for your support at work. In this vibrant month of June, full of beauty and warmth, Dalian Sibinde Environmental Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Sibinde) hosted its second “Employee Family Open Day” event on June 29, under the theme “Gratitude and Win-Win, A Cool Summer.” More than 80 families enthusiastically signed up, bringing the total attendance to 215 people. In the morning, family members gathered at Sibinde. General Manager Zhou Huadong warmly welcomed them, expressing heartfelt gratitude for their ongoing understanding and support. He then provided an overview of the company’s operations, shared its corporate culture and management philosophy, and sincerely hoped that the enterprise and its employees’ families would maintain a long-term, close relationship. Finally, he extended his best wishes to all attendees. Following this brief yet warm address, Sibinde assigned staff to guide each family to the workplace of their loved one, allowing them to experience the daily work environment and gain insight into their roles. Throughout the visit, leaders, employees, and family members engaged in open, heartfelt conversations. Sibinde’s volunteer team and dedicated staff were on hand throughout, embodying the company’s spirit. The families deeply felt Sibinde’s care and sense of responsibility, unanimously pledging their wholehearted support for their relatives’ work and wishing the company continued success. After the factory tour, a gentle drizzle did not dampen anyone’s enthusiasm. Employees and their families traveled in an eco-friendly manner and enjoyed a two-kilometer hike along Jinshitan Beach, with joyful footsteps echoing everywhere and laughter ringing out continuously. At the finish line, they participated in a variety of activities, including a treasure hunt, a beach tug-of-war, a children’s tug-of-war, and other fun games. During these events, family members and colleagues worked together, encouraged one another, and shared in each other’s happiness and the rich family atmosphere, fostering a harmonious and united group spirit. This colorful and engaging Open Day conveyed the warmth of Sibinde’s “family.” With you by our side, our love grows even stronger. Families are Sibinde’s unwavering support; together, we weather the storms along the road ahead. Sibinde employees will redouble their efforts, using the company’s achievements to repay the trust and support of our families—and to give back to society for all it has given Dalian Sibinde. Throughout the visit, leaders, employees, and family members engaged in open, heartfelt conversations. Sifeng’s volunteer team and on‑site staff provided continuous support, embodying the company’s core values. The families deeply appreciated Sifeng’s care and sense of responsibility, unanimously pledging their wholehearted support for their loved ones’ work and expressing hope that the company will continue to thrive.

Sifengde employees will redouble their efforts, using the company’s achievements to honor the support and trust of our families and to give back to society for the gifts it has bestowed upon Dalian Sifengde.
