(1) Acting on our behalf to handle Galaxy Data Center’s Beijing Heying Thailand STP Data Center (GDC) project, located at the GW‑scale green AIDC park under development in Rayong, Thailand. The invitation to bid sets forth the requirements pertaining to the goods to be manufactured by us and is binding upon us.
(2) As the manufacturer, we hereby undertake to bind ourselves by the terms of this tender and to assume, jointly and severally, all obligations set forth in the tender documents.
(3) We hereby grant Jiangsu Huqi Chuangzhi Digital Technology Co., Ltd. We are hereby authorized to handle and perform all matters necessary for the fulfillment of the foregoing points, with full power to substitute or revoke. This is hereby confirmed. Jiangsu Huqi Chuangzhi Digital Technology Co., Ltd. or its duly authorized representative shall lawfully handle all matters hereunder.
