To handle and perform all matters necessary for us to fulfill the foregoing provisions, with full authority to substitute or revoke as deemed appropriate. Hereby acknowledged and confirmed.   Sanke Intelligent (Shandong) Group Co., Ltd. or its duly authorized representative shall lawfully handle all matters hereunder.

Our company guarantees   Sanke Intelligent (Shandong) Group Co., Ltd. Authorized to participate in this sub-package of the project on behalf of our company. /The sole authorized distributor of the same model of equipment for the tender, and assumes all product liabilities—such as design, manufacturing, assembly, and factory testing—that would otherwise be borne by the original manufacturer.
