To enrich the company’s employees’ leisure time, foster team spirit, and strengthen cohesion among staff, Dalian Spind Environmental Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Dalian Spind) hosted the “Dalian Spind Environmental Equipment Co., Ltd. Second Basketball Tournament: A Road to the Championship” from June 11 to June 29, 2018, at the basketball court. Employees from all departments enthusiastically participated, truly embodying the spirit of “friendship first, competition second.” Meanwhile, spectators in the stands were equally fired up, their cheers and shouts continuously elevating the tournament atmosphere. After 11 days of intense competition, the finals pitted the “Zen Team,” composed of members from the marketing department, against the “Chicken Dinner Squad,” made up of representatives from both the Production Headquarters and the Finance Department. Though teammates off the court, the players faced each other head-to-head on the court, seizing every opportunity to score. Under the expectant gaze of all company employees and amid waves of friendly encouragement, after a grueling battle, the Zen Team emerged victorious. Stepping off the basketball court, these athletes will soon take to another, even more challenging arena. Confronted with mounting marketing pressures and demanding production tasks, they will carry forward the passion and confidence ignited during the tournament—along with the unity and strength forged on the court—to their respective workstations. In doing so, they aim to inspire more colleagues to drive Dalian Spind’s progress and development, tirelessly striving toward the company’s strategic goals.
