On the occasion of the 104th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, in order to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the CPC and consolidate and expand the achievements of improving work style, Dalian Spindel Environmental Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “our company”) convened a special study-and-education session for all Party members based in Dalian on June 27, themed “Welcoming the 104th Anniversary of the Founding of the CPC and Deeply Implementing the Spirit of the CPC Central Committee’s Eight‑Point Decision.” Through a series of activities—including revisiting the Party membership oath, deeply studying and comprehending the spirit of the Eight‑Point Decision, and strengthening Party‑spirit education—the company guided all Party members and cadres to remain true to their original aspirations and mission, cultivate a strong sense of serving the people, and leverage an exemplary work style to drive the enterprise’s high‑quality development.

“I voluntarily join the Communist Party of China…” Before the bright red Party flag, the Organizing Committee Member of the General Branch led all Party members in solemnly taking the oath. Wearing their Party badges and with solemn expressions, each resolute and powerful pledge underscored the unwavering loyalty and sense of responsibility of Communists.

Deeply study and thoroughly understand the rules, and strictly abide by discipline to build a strong line of defense.

At the meeting, our company invited Qin Yongchun, a senior theoretical expert and specially appointed professor from the Dalian Municipal Party Committee Lecture Group, to deliver a special training session on the spirit of the CPC Central Committee’s Eight‑Point Decision on Improving Party and Government Conduct. Professor Qin focused on key requirements—such as improving field investigations, streamlining meetings and documents, standardizing overseas visits and receptions, and practicing strict economy and frugality—and, through in-depth analysis of typical cases and a systematic interpretation of the underlying institutional principles, vividly elucidated the profound significance of the Eight‑Point Decision as both a groundbreaking initiative in building the Party’s regulatory system for the new era and a powerful institutional tool for advancing Party conduct and clean governance. The participating Party members and cadres deeply appreciated that the Eight‑Point Decision is by no means a mere formal “straw man,” but rather a “red line” that upholds the authority of Party discipline; it is not a short‑term stopgap measure, but a long‑term norm for governing the Party and the country; and it is not merely a benchmark for proper conduct, but also a political bottom line. Behind it lies a resolute political commitment to self‑reform and radical, decisive action to address deep‑seated problems. This lecture, which seamlessly integrated theory with practice, further reinforced in all participants a clear understanding that improving Party conduct is an ongoing endeavor.

This event served both as a profound exercise in Party spirit and as a mobilization and deployment for embarking on a new journey. Participants unanimously pledged to uphold an even more vigorous fighting spirit and a more pragmatic work style, internalizing the spirit of the CPC Central Committee’s Eight‑Point Decision on Improving Party and Government Conduct and translating it into concrete actions, thereby injecting “red momentum” into the enterprise’s high‑quality development and marking the 104th anniversary of the founding of the Party with outstanding achievements.
