We are the exclusive general distributor for the SFINDE brand in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Jiangsu (Southern Jiangsu), Anhui, and Hubei, with the authority to sell and promote our company’s cooling tower products and accessories. This public notice is valid from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026.

During the validity period of the authorization announcement, all relevant marketing-related transactions within the Shanghai, Guangzhou, Jiangsu (Southern Jiangsu), Anhui, and Hubei regions will be handled exclusively by the aforementioned five master agents. Dalian Spind Environmental Equipment Co., Ltd. will provide these five master agents with technical consulting, R&D and manufacturing, as well as after-sales service and other related support.
